                                 In the last four years MP, actor Govinda has the distinction of having attended only 12% of any Parliamentary proceedings, spoken only twice for a minute and not asked a single query on the floor of the House ever!
                                 Since elections are scheduled next year, friends of the actor decide to take him to Delhi and show him around.
“What’s that building?” asks the Virar actor excitedly, “it looks like a film set! I can use it for my next movie!”
“That is Parliament sir!”
“Parliament! That’s where the judges sit isn’t it?”
“That’s the Supreme Court sir!”
“Then this is where my dear friend Pratibha stays!”
“That is the Rashtrapathi Bhavan sir!”
“If the judges don’t sit here and the President doesn’t live here why has so much money been spent on this building? It must be a waste. Tell them we will take this set back to Film City! We can make millions!”
“This is not a set sir! This is a famous building and they need to keep it here!”
“What do they do inside?” asks the MP getting down from his car and taking a few shots.
“The members debate and discuss important issues!”
“Get me the scrip writer!”
“Which script writer sir?”
“The one who writes the scripts for the debates and discussions!”
“There is no script writer sir!”
“Then how do they debate? If nobody writes their dialogue where do their words come from?”
“From their hearts sir!”
“Hearts?”
“Yes sir, when the members are moved by the plight of their constituents they bring up the matter here! When there is injustice they speak out over here!”
“Okay! Okay!” says the actor,  “I do all that in my films!”
“But this is real sir!”
“Mine is also real! Look at the money I got from my last film isn’t it real?”
“Yes sir!”
                                  The actor goes round the building and asks his cameraman to take a few more shots. “You know something!”
“Yes sir?”
“I have a good feeling about this building! I like the idea of discussing and debating from the heart. How do I get in?”
“Through the elections sir!”
“Then set it up! I want to stand for elections and get in!”
“Sir!”
“What?”
“That is exactly what said four years back, before you were elected sir..!
